When it comes to providing
cost-effective, mission-critical solutions for consumer
packaged goods (CPG) companies, no one has a longer
or richer history than TR3. We've been working in the
industry for more than 25 years with the world's leading
companies, including A&P, Black & Decker, Johnson
& Johnson, L'Oreal, Ocean Spray, Staples and others.
Although TR3
was founded in 2005 our core team has been working together
since the 1980s when our management led Research &
Planning, Inc. (R&P), a Cambridge, Mass. systems
consultancy. Renowned in the industry as experts in
Business Intelligence and ERP systems integration, R&P
was acquired and ultimately became part of Commerce
One.
In 2001 our
principals started a new venture, TR2 Consulting, which
helped CPG companies synchronize their product data
with their retailers, using the emerging GDSN standards.
When the TR2 Hosted product was launched in 2003, it
was the only data sync offering that met the needs of
all manufacturers, regardless of their size. Within
months TR2 was the number one solution provider in the
industry, serving over forty percent (40%) of the market
by the time they were acquired in 2004 by Sterling Commerce
(a division of NYSE: SBC).
While proud
of our history, we continue to look toward the future
to find ways to help our customers take advantage of
new technologies. Today, manufacturers are investing
in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to increase
revenue, lower costs, automate manual processes, reduce
deductions, and improve trading partner relationships.
As we've done in the past, TR3 will combine our industry
background and technology expertise to deliver cost
effective solutions that help customers identify meaningful
RFID data and trends, and enable them to take action
to improve their business performance.
If you're
looking for expertise combined with solutions that will
produce visible results from your investment in RFID
infrastructure, then look no further. TR3 is the most
experienced, innovative, and respected firm in the field.
