As President, Tom is responsible for TR3's strategic
direction and leading its sales and market development
efforts.
Prior to founding TR3, Tom founded
TR2 Consulting and led the company to its market dominance
and eventual acquisition in 2004 by Sterling Commerce
(a subsidiary of SBC Communications, NYSE:SBC). Before
founding TR2 in 2001, Tom was Senior Vice President
at AppNet Systems where he helped lead the company through
its IPO (NASDAQ:APNT) and eventual acquisition by Commerce
One (NASDAQ:CMRC) in a two billion dollar transaction.
Leading to AppNet, Tom was CEO at Research & Planning,
Inc. (R&P), driving it through explosive growth
as an SAP integration partner and its sale in 1998.
Tom's previous experience includes various marketing
and IT positions at Wang Laboratories, Polaroid and
Olin Corporation.
Tom holds a BS in Industrial Engineering
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from
Babson College..

As Chief Operating Officer, Dan is responsible for delivery
of solutions and services to the company's consumer-packaged
goods industry customers. He brings over 12 years of
CPG and Retail industry expertise to this role.
Prior to TR3 he was Director, Retail
Practice, at Sterling Commerce, a division of SBC Communications
(NYSE: SBC). Leading to Sterling, Dan successfully teamed
with Tom as co-founders of TR2 Consulting, which grew
from a startup to be the number one solutions provider
in the Global Data Synchronization arena before it was
acquired by Sterling in April, 2004. Prior to TR2 Dan
was a Practice Manager for AppNet, where he led the
largest applications development project ($20MM in services)
in AppNet's history.
Dan's prior positions include Senior
Consultant for Research & Planning, a Cambridge,
Mass. consultancy, where he was an SAP systems integrator
leading customer engagements for companies in the Fortune
1000 including Agfa, Burton Snowboards, Ciba Additives,
Reebok and Whirlpool.
He holds a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurial
studies from Babson College.
Joe Moriarty joined TR3 in October of 2005 as Vice President
of Sales and is responsible for executing all sales
activities. Joe leads the sales group offering our portfolio
of trading partner collaboration solutions and services.
Prior to TR3 Joe was Director of Sales
for Sterling Commerce, a division of SBC Communications.
He was responsible for all sales activities and leadership
for Global Data Synchronization software products and
services and achieved over 150% year over year growth.
Before being acquired by Sterling Commerce, Joe was
the Director of Sales for TR2 Consulting and was instrumental
in growing the business from a start up to the leading
solution provider in Global Data Synchronization with
over 1,000 recurring customers.
Prior to TR2 Consulting Joe has held
various senior software and services sales positions
at Commerce One, AppNet, and Research and Planning,
consistently beating sales goals and expectations. Joe
has a sales focus on CPG Manufacturing, Retail and Supply
Chain execution, and holds a BS in Resource Economics
from the University of Connecticut.
